Economic Impact Study
According to the most recent Port of Green Bay Economic Impact Study (2017), the Port contributes $147 million to the economy while supporting 1,289 jobs. This is a staggering $64 million increase since the last economic study of the Port in 2010. Shipping continues to be the most cost-effective way to transport commodities to many communities and businesses along the Port of Green Bay. Continuing economic growth remains a priority for the Port.
